20 women do the work in 16 days

∴  20 women’s 1 day’s work = 1/16

∴ 1 women’s 1 day’s work = 1/320

16 men do the work in 15 days

Ratio of capacities: Man : Woman :: 1/240:1/320

= 320:240 = 4:3
